Had the pleasure of playing benny the cunt today and here was an interesting hand that spelled the end for one of us:
benny the cunt (2535)
Me (1513)
Blinds 30/60benny the cunt UTG+1 raises to 120
Me on CO with

- raise to 275
benny the cunt calls.
Pot: 595Flop:
benny the cunt raises to 595.
I raise to 1238 and am all-in
benny the cunt calls.
Read on benny the cunt: Is playing demonstrably tight. Played only a few hands and when he did play, c bet most flops and never went to showdown.
Are you folding that flop? I put him on a pocket pair <QQ. What's your move, do you jam as well?

from what ive seen of benny the cunt i (especially lately) he wont be raising from utg or similar without an especially strong hand, to be honest i have him on aces, kings or ace king here.
normally i would agree with this play but my knowlege of benny the cunt would force a fold from me here, and then i would normally get the shit paid out of me for the next hour.

out now
uber standard.
doubled krunchie early on when his AJ hit broadway against my AK
built it up to a decent stack, top 20/60 left, then run QQ into KK.
kinda refreshing to not get smashed by random rubbish, but since i have only had 1 final table in the last 2 weeks, its ghey

I am struggling as well. Noticing a lot of reckless players who will call with any pair or A high. Sometimes they get lucky and sometimes they have monster hands and either way you're gone.
The poker gods seem to be rewarding these people too.
What puts me on tilt also is people betting into a dry pot having not hit anything... What's the point????????

Maybe putting you on tilt is the point.
Each player has 2 or three options when in it their turn to act.
Fold, Bet or Check (if possible)
Its up to them what they do and why.

It's people that don't understand WHY they shouldn't bet into a dry side pot that frustrate me...
Bloke bets, I fold... cards are shown, he has air. The All-in wins.
I say "See how we didn't knock that bloke out"
His reply "I beat you, didn't I?"
So I say "No, because you don't have any of my chips"
He's quiet now.
