Eh.

I haven't posted one of these in a while (...yeah) so here we go.
Playing at the Willo on Wednesdays, 66 runners. At one point of the night I find myself left with 700 left, in the BB (200/400). I have a few callers, when it gets to me I look down and see A 5 suited. Not bad, so I raise all in. Everyone calls. Nice sized pot.
I hit the flush on the river to beat Chris's straight. Oh yeah.
Next hand, in the SB, I call another 200 with 6 4 off.
Flop: Q 6 4. Needless to say I cleaned up that pot.
ANYWAY... at the end of the 2nd break I have 6000. A great effort considering at one point I only had 700. So I'm pretty chuffed with myself.
We come back from the break and 2nd hand in, a new player joins our table, the new table chip leader, with about 11k. She is thrown right into BB. I'm UTG, I call the 1000 with J 10 off (yeah, should've raised or folded, blah blah). SB calls, BB checks.
Flop: 10 8 5. SB and BB check. I push all in straightaway for another 5k. SB folds. BB pauses and looks at her chips.
*holds up a 5000 chip*
"How much is this one worth?"
"$5000."
"And how much is that?" *points to my stack*
"$5000."
"Oh ok... I'll call!" *slams 5000 chip down*
I sigh. She turns over A 2. She has the nut flush draw. I would put my poker career on her not even knowing that she had the draw.
River: A.
I hate poker.
