if you are not going to shove this pre then you pretty much have to check fold this flop. with 10bb you really shouldn't be playing postflop poker

There's no "really shouldn't" about it, you should not be trying to maneuver a 10bb stack like this, its just not viable.

Agreed that the bet on the flop was a mistake, but down to 4 (ITM) with top 2 paying top prize, no need for turbo poker either. As played, I consider myself quite unlucky not to have doubled up...
