Here's some psychology for you to consider.
Don't fight questionable calls with questionable calls of your own!
Chat is wasted on calling stations (especially those who make questionable calls) in my experience. They usually do not need much encouragement.
Talk to thinking players.
My favourite is if your opponent is not quite pot commited saying something like "you've come this far, might as well go all the way" gets a crying call alot of the time.
