Finding out URL of posts

Are you able to easily find out the URL of posts? ie, if I want to send a link to exactly my post which happens to be the 3rd post in page 2 of topic X, how do I do it?

Click on the little picture of a folded piece of paper next to the "Posted" details ...
Ie; this
