Hi Guys,
Now I haven't spoken to Garth about this or anything, so not even sure if I have an option, but at the moment I have 2 seats in the GF, Table 13 Seat 8 & Table 2 seat 10. Now my dilema & question to you is this:
Table 13 is full of random players that I don't know, and don't know me (apart from Phil).
Table 2 is full of guns that I do know.
The question is, what would you prefer, sit at a table of randoms, or a table of guns that you have played with before?

Me personally, I would rather a table of guns that know me and are more predicatble then a table of ppl who dont know me at all

Thanks Jo.
Personally, I'd rather have a game against someone I know, but in saying that, my Semi Final table was almost unknowns, and I was okay with it.
but with a table of unknowns, you can set a great table image from the start.

Re: Grand Final seat dilema
if you know the players well AND you think you can beat them, then sit there - better the devil you know.
but if they are guns as you say, then this implies they are similar or better skill than yourself, in which case i would sit on another table.
wait a minute, did you say phil.
definitely sit on that table

If I was you, I would choose Table 2.

The old poker adage.
Which table would you feel like a sucker at?
Personally i would prefer the unknowns, mainly because you have to stay focused at the beginning and throughout the whole tourney.
Rather than starting off not being focused and then having to become more and more focused as the day goes on. Not fun.

While I can see advantages to both, based purely on what i saw at the Semi's, I choose table 13....
@Brett: there's nothing to say you will still be with them at the end of the day?
That said, once you inform management you are double booked, you probably won't have a choice anyway ??
