Had an interesting night at the Semaphore Hotel this evening.

All was travelling nicely until I ended up in a hand @ SB holding [Ac][Qc] ...flopped [Ad][Qd][7c]... put villain all in who just happened to have [7d][7s] I got no luck and the rest is history.

Stack now 5k with blinds 200/400 so I am still doing ok.

3 hands later the fun starts:

Aces cracked...'Big Deal!! Chugg down your beer, have a walk around and you may get called back in after 2nd break' I say to myself.

Sure enough I am called back in with 4k and we again.Blinds are now 500/1k and I get dealt ice bricks right through until I get to the button.Blinds up to 1k/2k now.Table gets folded to me and I spy with my little eye [Ad][Ah] so naturally I push my last 2.5k into the pot and the SB & BB both naturally call and check it right down.

FLOP: [As][10c][3d]
TURN: [Js]
RIVER: [Kd]

I show my rockets,BB mucks and SB slows rolls [Qd][4h] giving them the straight.

GOOD NIGHT NURSE .... ... GOTTA LOVE THIS GAME

Oh man, I had something similar tonight at the Louisiana except the only difference was it was all opposite and I won.

I had no luck at all either...
got down to a single pretty pink 500 chip all in when we down to the final 16....Blinds at 2K/4K managed to survive a few times but only finished the tourny in 2nd spot....thought I was supposed to win it from there....no luck at all.
