Why is it that i get the feeling it is ok for some to write what they want on the forum & they get help full advise,
& others just get mad a mockery of .Some ppl make jokes & get a laugh , whilst others it,s a CRIME .
I thought the forum was for all to put suggestions on & to put their ideas forth .
Yet i am finding that this is not the case .
okay for some but not others

p.s if u don,t want me on here tell me so , & i will post nothing further

It comes down to the intonation and subsequent follow up posts.

A lot of inflection that comes from verbal communication is lost in the written medium, or in this case typed.

So if a person posts a response, gets a few valid answers, then turns around and puts in something nonsensical, it often leads to that person being considered not serious and therefore won't get a serious response after the second post.

When communicating words only makes up for 15% of the communication, the other 85% comes in the intonation, inflexion, and also body language of the person. So that 85% aspect of communication is lost, and therefore has to be assumed by the reader. It helps when emoticons are used to give an idea, it also helps to keep things on track.

Because harps I asked a legitimate question of your support query and the result I get is a bunch of gibberish.

Read everything in that forum and every support query has been taken seriously by me and handled in the subsequent manner. If you want to screw around and not be taken seriously then you went about it the right way.

At the moment I am dealing with almost 200 support issues daily, every single person with a query says thank you and follows up in a sensible manner. You raise a legitimate issue and I take it seriously and you reply in a disrespectful manner. I don't have time to deal with people who don't want to help me in solving issues that they raised.

i,ve seen you have jokes with people & thought i might try & have a joke "sorry"
In future i will only state what i have to say & not try to put a bit of humour on topics
once again i am sorry if i offended in anyway . was not meant to be offensive

Joking is fine Harps, in any other forum and at any other time. But just not when I am in work mode and trying to fix or find out more information in regards to a support query.
