OK the title sounds a bit wrong, but................

Tonight we had a "good player" notch up his first win.

Now Krunchie, if you thought you were cursed, check these stats-

Steven "Stiffy"Willis. (He's the guy that wears mirror sunnies and looks like an over-the-hill rock star.)

He's been venue champ 3 times in 8 seasons!

Games played: 127
Made points: 59
Final Tables: 41
Runner-up: 6 times

So as you can see from his stats, he's certainly no slouch at the felt.
Also he plays usually at the two Renmark Venues (where all the best players come from ) - cue standard Waikerie rebuttle.

Can anyone out there beat 41 final tables before cracking a win?

I know of a player that has had 47 final tables between wins.
Currently I have been on 30 Final Tables out of 64 games (with 8 dnps) since my last win.
Not really a record I want to beat.
It personally took me 115 Npl games before my first win (my first game was a 2nd) (but time fix’s everything eventually).
