I'm having a real stab here.

I'm thinking that Tom had T9 suited, possible JT. Hit top pair with a gut shot or up and down draw.

Peter Jepsen has a strong A or an overpair KK or QQ.

It is also possible that Tom is playing with a flopped two pair.

The slight overbet on the river is suspicious and it is a case that Peter has either a monster: top set, or top top, even middle set (which is more likely), or air really, but that I doubt.

Tom has something that is marginal, bottom set, two pair but not top two or top pair with a busted draw. The last is not really a consideration there is no way he is calling that river bet with a pair of tens, marginal kicker and busted draw. I am seriously contemplating bottom set or bottom two. But I can't see him calling the PF raise with marginal holdings unless it is 87 suited. Interesting.

This is probably going to make me look like a dick, but that's my summary

Showdown

Peter W Jepsen shows [9d] [6h] a straight, ten-high
durrrr mucks
Peter W Jepsen wins the pot ($499,037.10) with a straight, ten-high

Summary

Total pot $499,039.10 | Rake $2
Board: [10c] [8h] [7d] [as] [4h]
Seat 1: OMGClayAiken (big blind) folded before the flop
Seat 2: elmariachimacho didn't bet (folded)
Seat 4: Peter W Jepsen (button) collected ($499,037.10)
Seat 5: durrrr (small blind) mucked

I doubt anyone could have gotten that. I'll post one that's more sensible next time. This pot is notable because it's apparently the second biggest one online ever.
