You Again
Shane Warne and Tony Hachem are good friends, but if they had their choice they'd rather not be seated at the same poker table. That's the situation they found themselves in at the start of Day 2a, but their table was one of the first to be broken today. The seating cards were handed out, Warne and Hachem looked to see where they're going...and it turns out they're headed for the same table. Again. "Can you believe this?" Warne said to Tony.

Re: WSOP News
I'm interested in Warne's Main Event status.
Warne Bowls Over an Opponent
Preflop, Shane Warne bet 1,500 and received a call. On a flop of {8-Hearts} {6-Diamonds} {3-Hearts}, Warne bet out 2,000 and received a call. On the turn card of the {A-Hearts}, Warne bet out 6,000 and his opponent raised 20,000. Warne then moved all in and received a call.
Warne held {6-Hearts} {6-Clubs} and his opponent held {3-Spades} {3-Clubs}. The river fell the {K-Clubs} and Warne moved up to 82,000 in chips

Re: WSOP News
It does.
That's Dirty
Just before the break, David Rheem got away with one. He raised to 1,800 preflop and was called by one player. Rheem checked the As Ad 5h flop to his opponent, who bet 3,000. Rheem check-raised to 9,000; his opponent called.
On the 4s turn, Rheem checked in the dark. The cutoff bet 8,000 and again Rheem called. When the river fell 10s, Rheem bet 9,500, enough to put his opponent all in. His opponent did make the call with Ac Qd, then slammed the table in frustration when Rheem showed Js 2s.
Rheem is now up to 148,000.

Fixed. BTW, it happened to me at Deepstack Muzz, but I was able to get away cheaply, cos of flush & straight draws galore.
Keep up the updates Muzz, I'm loving it!

Re: WSOP News
I'm pretty sure Patrick Antonius started with around 60k, went down to 20, and is now up to 90k.

Re: WSOP News
Warney is also up over 90k, and another Aussie, Mark Vos is on about 160k.

Poker Is Easy -- Flop the Nuts and Get Paid
Jason Riesenberg has catapaulted himself to the top of the leaderboard. With about 130,000 chips to start the hand, he got involved in a raising war with another player on a -6d 8s 3d- flop. By the time it was over, all of the chips were in the middle. Riesenberg tabled 8c 8d for top set; His opponent showed 3h 3c. The case three was nowhere to be found when the turn and river came Js 5h.
