Go Bahri Ozbiricik, the Turkish Delight!

Bahri dropped in to see me at 5am Sat morning at work and asked how he should play this tourny. I spent about 10 mins coaching, he says thanks. Then tells me on the phone last night that he threw all that out the window and drank heaps of Johnnie Walker instead!

Bahri's main strength is that NO-ONE can put him on a hand, he is sooo unpredictable.

But he is no flash in the pan, he is currently #1 in the Riverland by a mile, #1 at the Renmark Club, and was 17th in the State on Friday after only playing 14 games!

Good luck also to old man Swanky, whose record this season is even better than Bahri's.

Last hand of the night I see A 10 and I am short stacked for $28000

The turkish delight goes all in and seeing his previous all-in attempts I think I have a 50/50 chance that he is bluffing. Probably suffering from a bit of tiredness, frustration and panic that I am short stacked I called the all- in only to see the A Q rolled over.

Hit the nut flush draw on the flop but didnt manage to get the flush or hit my 10.

So I am out in 38th position......sigh......nearly made it to the next day......should have just folded!

Garth wanted me to make mention that when Bennymacca reads this about the 2, he will most likely jump off his chair. He sealed the last NPL state final with a 2 that also dropped on the turn and is good friends (i think) with old-man daryl.
