The later in the evening the better I reckon. Gives us people with kids the opportunity to get them into bed etc. Sunday would be my preferred day. Saturday would be OK but I could see myself being able to play more Sunday games than Saturday.

sunday night like 10pm would be ideal i reckon

im guessing with the amount of interest it will be a multiple table format

Sunday nights sound good to me.

Now that I've seen up to season 2 of Dexter, I have nothing to do (awesome show, btw).

Scott, didnt mean to hijack your thread, let me know if you want to organise this... That being said, I can organise this quite easily and already have things in motion... working on an exclusive monthly freeroll also.. Let me know if you want me to continue organising this..

As stands, am looking at something like a weekly $5 buy in, rebuys and add ons with cash prizes, looking at Sunday, i like midnight for some reason... Monthly freeroll would be open to players who play in weekly buy in... Any feedback?

Midnight is just stupid, lets get off that idea. The tourny is going to be running for at least a few hours, means we'll be finishing around 2am (or later if we FT).

Sunday, 7-8pm sounds great. Nothing later than a 10pm start.

Agreed. Midnight on sunday night is a bit silly. A midnight timeslot would work on saturday night i reckon, but as mentioned by others a early evening 7-10 timeslot would be best for sunday night.

I would be happy about th $5 rebuy structure, but you have to consider that many others might not spend the likely $10-$20 that people could be up for.

$5 freezeout, or $2 rebuy imo.

If you want to handle it, Nick, be my guest - I'm sure we've both set up private tourneys on Stars before and know there's not much involved in that side of it.

I guess we just now need to work out the overall structure - not just times, buy-ins etc, but also whether it will be building towards something, like a capped league, or whether it's just a regular, stand alone game that is available to forum members once (or twice, I'm thinking) a week.
