In regards to poker winnings. If you declare you occupation as a professional Gambler then you have to pay tax on your winnings and the deductions or claims start becoming a gray area.

Easier to still have an occupation and have poker as a hobby.

just be self employed and do nothing, then u can earn millions playing poker :)

No, hence why i pre empted it with, "in some casinos" as well as "a ruling can be made for".

There is no way I would ever make that ruling at a regular 888PL tournament.

And if you remember I declared that exposing your hand, when you are last to act and facing an all in can be construed as an intent to call. That's why you must verbally declare a fold before exposing your hand.
