For me this weekend can be broken down to just one moment which shows why I love this game and this job so much.

5 hands into the ME, I'm patrolling between tables and on one of my tables in young B&Ger Zak who has pushed all in on the turn with AK on a board reading 37KK.

He gets called and covered by a player showing K7.

Cue the A on the river and exploding eardrums of everyone in the postcode of Pt Adelaide.

I nearly collapsed from laughter during the hysterics.

Weekend was great & thanks to all the NPL staff for another well organised weekend of Poker.

My Friday is a blurrrrrrr. Can barely remember getting home but still remembered enough to correct Caleb while he was giving me crap on Sunday.

Saturday busted out KK walked into AA & spent most of the rest of the day trying to win a 888 tourney. Just as well we had the lovely Jen looking after us there.............And I missed one of the greatest photo opportunities when Garth tried giving me some "man love" at the 888 tables........you are lucky no one snapped a photo Garth or you'd never have lived it down.

Sunday 2 hands screwed me. 66 flopped a set & river killed me with a straight...........then AA flopped a set & yet again river straight......game over.

Still............Great weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Moooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

and let me congratulate the guy that turned the full house and rived to me. he played the remainder of the game with 125 Doolahs and doubled up 4 times to get knocked out 1 hour and 15 mins later, so i thought that was a great effort to him as well, not his fault that a poker player on his table thought he was 100% certain he was winning that had with trip Kings Ace high.

and by the way, thanks for the dealing Bob, the cheque is in the mail.
