Yeh thats been mentioned before.

You gotta bet T$1 more than their stack, and if they call then the cards are flipped.

Surely that's easily fixed.

How ridiculous.
Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!

Blinds 150/300. I am in the BB.

A player in MP shoves for 344. CO and the SB call.

I (and I assume CO and SB) only have the option to call the extra 44. Should I not be allowed to reraise because I haven't acted yet?

That's what I thought. I wanted to shove over the top to iso, and couldn't.

Very annoying.

MP shoves for 344. CO flats, SB flats. I want to iso with A8s. I can't, I have the option to call the 44 or fold. I fold to a bet on a KJx flop, SB has KJ, MP has KK.

I just experienced a software bug when shifted tables

as soon as i was shifted i was moved to a new table where i was the only player seated, then a hand proceded, but as i said i was the only player at the table and furthermore i hadnt been dealt cards but it was asking for my bet or raise, of course i folded but the hand played out with a flop being dealt etc etc

at the end of the hand everyone came out from hiding and a normal game resumed

wierd hey
Does anyone know how to make money playing uno vs 6 year olds, its about the only card game i get to play these days.

Sounds like a graphics glitch to me.

And re the HH software i mentioned in my first post this thread, I think i posted somewhere else that the HH file doesnt record mucked showdown cards like EVERY other site Ive ever played on, so the utility of such a program will be lessened, but i think I will still write one such that you can easily browse the HH file during the game. I did check out the browsing facility built into the software, but it gives no information about anyone but yourself, or the actual sequence of play.

That is entirely dependant on how much resources he throws at upgrading the software. Some of the issues it seems like there is a poor lone coder out there doing all the work. Put a decent team on it, and it could be done in a week.
The amount of open source poker software out there is huge, so not every line of code need be written from scratch. Sounds like possibly the original code was spaghetti to, taking this long to fix. And possibly not designed very well ie, structures could be read from a simple xml file rather than being hardcoded as they seem to be with only the level time differing. So some tourneys could have antes and some not (MTT v SnG)?? Even completely different level amounts for different tourneys (more relaxed for bigger games?)
Design for ease of extensibility is core for ANY software project.

As I said above, really ALL of it is, if only enough resources are thrown at it. And given the amount an online poker site pulls in, I dont see why they cant afford a decent development team. Even if is only to bring it up to par, then they can reduce to just a support/enhancement team.
